We provide marketing campaigns, talent management, content creation, and international media consulting. All work follows agreed project briefs and timelines.
Payment
50% deposit before project start
Final payment due upon completion
Additional costs (talent fees, production) are billed separately with approval
Client Responsibilities
Provide clear briefs and brand guidelines
Approve concepts within agreed timeframes
Pay invoices within 30 days
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their brand materials
Obox owns creative concepts and strategies
Content usage rights defined per project
Talent content subject to individual creator agreements
Modifications & Cancellation
Changes possible during strategy phase (additional costs may apply)
72-hour cancellation notice required
Completed work remains billable
Liability
Our liability is limited to total project value. Not responsible for platform algorithm changes, talent unavailability, or external factors beyond our control.
Data Protection
We protect client information with industry-standard security. Information shared only with approved partners for campaign execution.
Governing Law
These terms follow UAE commercial law and Dubai courts jurisdiction.
